Our Claim Handling Team

STRni work with a team of Loss Assessors who are specialist insurance claim advisers. They have resolved hundreds of insurance claims over the past two decades involving underground services.

STRni and our Loss Assessors will work on your behalf to handle the claim from notification to final settlement, including compiling your claim,  submitting it to your insurance company, and negotiating a fair settlement for repairs using the most appropriate methods and the best solution for your property, all within the terms and conditions of your buildings insurance policy.

Our Loss Assessors are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for insurance claims handling in the UK.
